Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a process through which the client and therapist work on a one-to-one basis in a caring, and confidential environment.

 

We would form an alliance; a therapeutic relationship or bond that enables trust and personal growth. This allows you to explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviours, work through challenging aspects of your life that you would like to understand.

You can set personal goals that enable you to work toward desired change, or you can explore with the intention of understanding and make greater meaning from deep discussion.

I offer short term or open-ended sessions to suit your needs and build in frequent reviews along the way to ensure that our work is meeting your needs and any ongoing therapy is with your full agreement.
